Since the club is already sponsored by Lexus, the Fox should clear a 100% profit, especially with high-priced drinks. And according to Fox Theatre tax returns, a percentage of that profit goes directly into the pockets of the highest-paid staff members at this "non-profit" whose forgotten chartered purpose is to "restore and preserve."
This screen shot from late 2016 shows that Friends of the Fox memberships were tax deductible, payable to the Fox Theatre Institute, another subset, which "restores and preserves" other theatres beside the Fox.
